Smilebuilderz, a locally owned and managed dental practice, is hiring a patient concierge with a proven track record of establishing patient or customer rapport and cultivating relationships built on empathy and trust.

As we enter our 13th year of serving Central Pennsylvania, we're honored and committed to nurturing our community with outreach programs and local sponsorships. When you join our growing practice, you'll work with exceptionally trained teams equipped with leading edge technologies, providing patients of all ages with a full spectrum of services. The patient concierge is the first employee that patients come in contact with in our practices, so it's critical for them to provide exceptional customer service to all Smilebuilderz patients, coworkers, and business partners. The concierge works collaboratively with the entire practice team to deliver the highest level of patient care, demonstrating a strong professional and ethical obligation to the patient, their practice, and dentistry as a whole.

The patient concierge is also be expected to exercise honesty, integrity, and respect with all patients and coworkers, maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, demonstrate a positive attitude, and communicate effectively with everyone you encounter. Working with accuracy and efficiency is critical in this role, and you'll maintain excellent attendance. You'll respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible, and you'll demonstrate initiative to learn new skills and tasks. Teamwork is the foundation of everything you'll do at smilebuilderz, and you will need to perform other duties and functions from time to time.

Customer service or treatment planning experience is required.

Machines/Tools/Equipment: Basic computer systems and Dentrix. Multi-line phone system.

Working Conditions:

12 hour shifts. Required to sit for extended periods of time. Primarily a controlled office environment.
